1. Parties
a) ASRRA IMPORT EXPORT MARKETING LIMITED COMPANY (hereinafter referred
to as "ASRRA"), located at YENİCEKÖY MAHALLESİ MOBİLYA CAD. A BLOK
NO: 36/42 İNEGÖL/BURSA, which operates the activities of the online shopping website
www.deziocollection.com.
b) The internet user who becomes a member of the website
www.deziocollection.com ("Member").
2. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the conditions for the
Member to benefit from the online shopping website www.deziocollection.com.
3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
3.1. The Member declares and undertakes that the personal and other
related information provided when becoming a member of www.deziocollection.com
is accurate under the law and will compensate ASRRA for all damages incurred
due to the inaccuracy of this information.
3.2. The Member cannot give the password provided by ASRRA to third
parties, and the right to use the said password belongs solely to the Member.
Therefore, ASRRA reserves the right to claim compensation for any damages
resulting from unauthorized use of the password by third parties or authorized
bodies against the Member.
3.3. The Member agrees to comply with the legal regulations while using
www.deziocollection.com and undertakes not to violate them. Otherwise, all
legal and criminal liabilities arising will bind the Member entirely and
exclusively.
3.4. The Member cannot use www.deziocollection.com in a manner that
disrupts public order, violates general morality, disturbs and harasses others,
or infringes on the intellectual and copyright rights of others for unlawful
purposes. Additionally, the Member cannot engage in activities that prevent or
make it difficult for others to use the services (spam, viruses, trojans,
etc.).
3.5. The opinions and thoughts expressed, written, and used by members
on www.deziocollection.com are solely their own personal opinions and bind the
opinion holder. These opinions and thoughts are not related to ASRRA in any
way. ASRRA shall not be liable for any damages that third parties may incur due
to the opinions and thoughts expressed by the Member or for any damages that
the Member may incur due to the opinions and thoughts expressed by third
parties.
3.6. ASRRA shall not be liable for unauthorized access to Member data
and damages to Member software and data. The Member agrees not to claim
compensation from ASRRA for any damages that may arise from the use of
www.deziocollection.com.
3.7. The Member agrees not to access or use third-party software and
data without permission. Otherwise, all legal and criminal liabilities arising
will belong entirely to the Member.
3.8. The Member who violates one or more of the articles specified in
this membership agreement shall be personally responsible for the violation and
shall indemnify ASRRA against all legal and criminal consequences of these
violations. In addition, in case of referral of the incident to the legal
domain due to this violation, ASRRA reserves the right to claim compensation
from the Member for non-compliance with the membership agreement.
3.9. ASRRA has the right to delete the membership of the Member
unilaterally at any time if necessary. The Member accepts this disposition in
advance. In this case, ASRRA has no liability.
3.10. The software and design of the website
www.deziocollection.com are owned by ASRRA and are protected by copyright
and/or other intellectual property rights under the relevant laws. They cannot
be used, acquired, or modified without permission from the Member. Other
companies mentioned on this website and their products are trademarks of their
respective owners and are also protected under intellectual property rights.
3.11. ASRRA may collect certain information, such as the Internet
Protocol (IP) address, access date and time, pages accessed while on the site,
and the Internet address of the website directly accessed for the purpose of
improving and developing the www.deziocollection.com website and/or in
accordance with legal regulations.
3.12. ASRRA may disclose personal information of Members when requested
by law or (a) to comply with legal requirements or comply with legal processes
served on ASRRA; (b) in cases where ASRRA in good faith deems it necessary to
protect and defend the rights and property of ASRRA and the
www.deziocollection.com website.
3.13. ASRRA has taken measures within its means to ensure that the
website is free from viruses and similar malicious software. However, the user
must provide their own virus protection system and ensure necessary protection

ASRRA website, the Member agrees that they are solely responsible for any
errors that may occur in their own software and operating systems and their direct

modify or terminate any services provided to users, or delete user information

3.15. ASRRA may change, update, or cancel any provision of this
membership agreement without the need for prior notice or warning. Any
modified, updated, or revoked provision will be effective for all members as of
the publication date.
3.16. ASRRA, in accordance with this membership agreement, has the
authority to send informative emails to the electronic mail address and
informative SMS messages to the mobile phone number of the Member upon approval
of the explicit consent provided by the Member.
3.17. Users can use only one campaign or coupon code in their orders.
Campaign and coupon codes cannot be combined.
3.18. If ASRRA detects, during the campaign, the use of fraud by using
computer and internet technologies or the creation of registrations through
unfair means that will negatively affect the results of the campaign in any
way, ASRRA reserves the right to cancel the relevant participations without any
notice. Even if these individuals are listed on the winners' list, if any
violation of the rules is detected, all participation data of the participant
will be deleted, and the right to win the prize will be revoked. (Including
social media campaigns.)
3.19. ASRRA reserves the right to update the content of this legal
notice page at any time and advises users to visit the terms of use page each

4. Processing of Personal Data
ASRRA may process the personal data of Users completely or partially
automatically or non-automatically as part of the performance of the services

5. Termination of the Agreement
This agreement will remain in effect until the Member cancels their
membership or until ASRRA cancels their membership. ASRRA may unilaterally

7. Effectiveness
The registration of the Member implies that the Member has read all the
articles in the membership agreement and accepted the articles in the
membership agreement. This Agreement has been concluded and entered into force
mutually at the moment the Member becomes a member.
